This facility simply allows you to place your images on the site for all the world to see. You have the option of allowing your contact details to be provided (normally withheld), so if a fabulously wealthy photographic collector simply must have a copy of your picture, it's up to you whether you want them to make contact.
The first thing to do is register a 'Request to submit photographs form'. This will basically provide us with all the standard contact information required; once we have received and processed this, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your details submitted.
You only need to undertake this registration once.
After that, you can submit up to FIVE images in high resolution JPEG format for the Picture Editors initial approval.
If they are acceptable, you can then submit more photographs, preferably in groups of up to TEN at a time (per day), although if you specifically request it, you may be allowed to bulk submit.
With this option, their is a standard set-up and administration charge for each photograph displayed on this site.
At present, the charges for photographs offered on a 'display only' basis are as follows:-
£ 2.00 or US$ 3.85 or € 3.50 per displayed photograph (addition of contact details + £ 0.50, US$ 0.95, €0.80),
payable quarterly (discounts available for 25+ pictures)
If less than 5 photographs are submitted and displayed, the first years charges will be payable in advance.
IMPORTANT: Unless otherwise stated, it is taken that the copyright for each individual photograph rests with the photographer submitting the picture for inclusion on this site, and that all necessary approvals have been sought and obtained. As such, copyright will remain with the photographer, at all times.
