The first thing to do is register a 'Request to submit photographs form'. This will basically provide us with all the standard contact information required; once we have received and processed this, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your details submitted.
You only need to undertake this registration once.
After that, you can submit up to FIVE images in high resolution JPEG format for the Picture Editors initial approval.
If they are acceptable, you can then submit more photographs, preferably in groups of up to TEN at a time (per day), although if you specifically request it, you may be able to bulk submit.
With this option, their is absolutely no charge for displaying the photographs on this site, although a commission will be deducted from the proceeds of any sale achieved.
At present the, commission rates are as follows:-
12.5% commission on all sales
with a minimum charge of £ 1.25, or US$ 2.25, or € 2.00 on each sale, depending on the currency used.
Unless otherwise requested, all small volume sale proceeds (less than £ 100.00 or US$ 175.00 or € 150.00 in total) will be payed quarterly (during weeks 2, 14, 27, 40), with larger sums being processed and paid on a monthly basis, during the first week of each month. If monthly payment is requested for small volume sales, an additional administration fee will be charged.
IMPORTANT: Unless otherwise stated, it is taken that the copyright for each individual photograph rests with the photographer submitting the picture for inclusion on this site, and that all necessary approvals have been sought and obtained. As such, copyright will remain with the photographer, at all times.
